Delivery Charges & Timescales

Charge for the inevitable postage and packaging of your order is £6.90 per order. If part of your order is ever out of stock, and we despatch items separately, you will only be charged the one time only.

Charges are capped at £6.90 for deliveries within mainland England, Wales & Scotland. Deliveries to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland may incur a surcharge but we can advise you of this at time of order.

Delivery costs on bespoke orders will be higher but will be calculated prior to confirming an order.

Deliveries to the rest of the world vary depending on weight and country of destination. We will endeavour to find the best value way of getting your order to you but will always quote you a price prior to confirming any order with you or charging any monies.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs in transit, we will need to be informed within 48 hours of delivery so we can make a claim with the courier companies. Outside of that time we will of course repair any damage but it would be at a charge to the customer for sending back for repair.

We aim to deliver your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order. This is subject to availability, however if there are any delays we will advise you immediately.
